Role

Description:

We’re building a dedicated Physiotherapy & Rehab arm from the ground up inside a high-trust, high-volume clinical ecosystem. You’ll set up the service, define protocols, build a team, and scale it across centers, while staying hands-on with patients

What you'll do:

- Build workflows, SOPs, documentation + patient programs (RA/OA/spine/shoulder, etc.)
- Deliver strong clinical outcomes (assessment -> plan -> progression)
- Hire/train a team as we grow + maintain quality
- Launch new programs (arthritis rehab, posture/spine, home physio pilots)

Who we’re looking for:

- MPT required (MPT MSK/Ortho/Sports is a plus)
- 2–6 years MSK/rehab experience
- Great communication + patient empathy + startup mindset
- Bonus: experience building a unit / training juniors / certifications (manual therapy, dry needling, etc.)
