About Kindle Hopes Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre  Kindle Hopes Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre is a purpose-built pediatric therapy centre founded by  Ameena Gulam Rabbani , Trustee, Al Sharay Group of Institutions.
Rooted in lived experience as a mother of a child with special needs, Kindle Hopes has been envisioned as a space where  parents are heard, children are supported and celebrated, and therapists are empowered to practice with focus, ethics, and compassion .
The centre currently spans around  3000 sq. ft. (initial phase, with planned expansion)  and is designed to support meaningful therapy through a  one therapist–one child per room model , ensuring minimal distraction and optimal outcomes. Kindle Hopes also aims to develop  short-term intensive therapy programs  for families travelling from across regions.

Role Overview  We are seeking a  skilled, thoughtful, and dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist  to join our  foundation team  and contribute to building a centre of excellence in pediatric rehabilitation.
This role is ideal for a therapist who values:

Key Responsibilities   Conduct comprehensive pediatric physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement interventions for children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, orthopedic challenges, and sensory-motor difficulties
Maintain a calm, regulated, and child-friendly therapeutic presence during sessions
Educate and guide parents to ensure carryover of therapeutic goals at home
Collaborate closely with Occupational and Speech & Feeding Therapists
Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and outcome measures
Participate in team discussions, case reviews, and centre development initiatives
Support intensive therapy models and evolving clinical programs

Preferred Qualifications & Training

Candidates are  not expected to possess all certifications  listed below.
Possession of  any two (or more)  will be considered a strong advantage.

Advanced Pediatric & Neurodevelopmental Training (Preferred):
Neuro-Developmental Therapy (NDT)
Cuevas MEDEK Exercises (CME)
Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI)
Dynamic Suit Therapy (e.g., Dunag / Thera Suit / Adeli)
Physio therapeutic Scoliosis-Specific Exercises (PSSE / Schroth Therapy)
Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist training

Sensory Integration & Neurodevelopmental Exposure (Preferred):
Prechtl’s General Movements Assessment (GMA – Basic)
STAR Institute – Advanced Intensive Mentorship Program (Sensory Processing Disorder)
Sensory Integration training (USC/WPS affiliated programs – Level 1 or exposure)
Brain Gym® 101 Workshop

Additional Skills (Advantageous):
Neonatal & Early Intervention training
Pediatric Kinesiotaping
Task-Specific Electrical Stimulation (TASES)
Gait Analysis and Functional Mobility Training
Adaptive Seating and Mobility Prescription
TMR–TOTS (Susan Blum’s Concept)

*** Strong clinical reasoning, ethical practice, and willingness to learn are highly valued and may compensate for certification gaps. **
* Experience   1–5 years of pediatric experience preferred
Motivated early-career therapists with relevant pediatric exposure are welcome to apply

Commitment Expectation  As Kindle Hopes is building its  foundation team , we are seeking therapists willing to commit for a  minimum of 2–3 years , contributing to the centre’s culture, quality, and long-term vision.

Salary & Benefits    Salary Range:
₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month,  depending on:
Relevant work experience
Pediatric specialization
Certifications and advanced training
