Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru South. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric cases as well as individuals of all ages. Responsibilities include designing and implementing personalized therapy plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions, providing counseling to patients and families, and maintaining accurate records of treatment progress.

Collaboration with other healthcare professionals or therapist to deliver holistic care is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
Candidate should have Ability conduct Assessment,  treatment plan,  report writing,  counselling,  home programe,  progress follow up.

Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and understanding of Dysphagia management
Experience in addressing Speech and Communication Disorders
Ability to assess and treat Language Disorders effectively
It will be good if therapist  will have Oral Placement therapy certificate or concept.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members
Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree or Master degree  in Speech-Language Pathology or related field ( BASLP/ MASLP)
Valid license/certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (as required by local regulations)
Therapist should have ability to work in multidisciplinary team.
Therapist should have honesty ,  hard working,  punctuality.
Therapist should have soft skill , sympathy, empathy,  ethics .
