Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with
a strong background in IT services sales, lead generation, and project outsourcing. The role
involves identifying new clients, developing strategic business relationships, and generating
qualified leads for both project-based IT services and staffing engagements.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify, connect, and onboard clients across APAC, US, and UK markets.
 Generate qualified leads for custom software development, web, and mobile projects.
 Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to proposal and closure.
 Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution decks.
 Manage business outreach through Linked In, Apollo.io, cold emails, and other B2B
platforms.
 Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
 Track lead performance, conversion metrics, and revenue pipeline.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
 Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or IT sales for a service-based
IT company.
 Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT project outsourcing.
 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT service models.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Experience in IT staffing lead generation and project-based staffing will be a strong
advantage.
Hands-on experience using CRM tools, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io for lead
management.
 Ability to work independently with clear focus on achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

 Prior experience engaging with international clients across APAC, US, and UK regions.
 Familiarity with staff augmentation, outsourcing, and contract staffing models.
 Strong professional network in the IT outsourcing and staffing ecosystem.
