Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation for AI platforms and supporting systems
Document platform architecture, components, and workflows in a clear, structured manner
Produce user guides, onboarding material, FAQs, and reference documentation
Work with engineers and architects to accurately capture system behavior and constraints
Document standards, best practices, and usage guidelines
Support governance and compliance documentation needs where required
Ensure documentation stays current as the platform evolves
Structure content for different audiences (engineers, domain experts, operations teams)
Qualifications and Notice
6–10 years of experience as a technical writer in complex technology environments
Preff Btech /BCA/MCA
Immediate to 15 days
Required Skills
Proven experience documenting platforms, APIs, or enterprise systems
Ability to understand technical architectures and workflows quickly
Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and precision
Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
Familiarity with documentation tools and structured content approaches
