As our Content Manager, you will own how Finrep communicates its value across educational, product, and thought leadership content. You will manage our content pipelines end to end and work closely with marketing and product to ensure what we publish is accurate, useful, and aligned with real user needs.
This role is about building a consistent, high-quality content operation that scales with the business.
What will you do
Own and manage Finrep's content pipeline from ideation to publishing and distribution
Plan and execute content across blogs, product pages, research content, customer stories, and website copy
Work with marketing, product, and sales to translate customer pain points into clear content themes
Optimize content for SEO and organic discovery across search engines
Maintain content calendars, briefs, workflows, and review processes
Edit and improve content for clarity, structure, and technical accuracy
Track content performance and iterate based on what drives engagement and conversions
Use modern tools, including AI where helpful, to improve research, drafting, and production efficiency
What skills do you bring
Core Skills
Strong content strategy and editorial judgment
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content discoverability
Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
Experience editing and shaping complex topics into clear narratives
Data-informed mindset when evaluating content performance
Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Experience
1 to 3+ years in content, editorial, or growth roles at B2B, SaaS, or fintech companies
Proven experience building or scaling content programs
Experience working with subject matter experts and technical stakeholders
Comfort in fast-moving product environments
Bonus Points
Background in finance, accounting, compliance, or enterprise software
Experience working at early-stage or high-growth startups
Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and content tools
