Senior Analyst Programmer; Oracle FCCS

Position: Senior Analyst Programmer (Oracle FCCS)
Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
Knowledge of Oracle FCCS, ARCS, DRM SaaS applications
Hands-on configuration of Oracle products as per requirements
Awareness of financial regulations such as IFRS, US GAAP, India Taxes (GST/ICDS)

Experience with Essbase Calc Manager rules/formulas
Profile creation, integration, and data reconciliation in ARCS
Staying updated on latest Oracle Cloud EPM processes and releases
Identifying gaps in Oracle solutions with respect to business needs
Bug & User Issue Resolution
Coordinating with Oracle Support for issue resolution and enhancements
Conducting UAT and securing sign-offs
Supporting DRM processes for MDM
Knowledge of Oracle TRCS application (good to have)
Flexibility to work UK timings if required
Delivery
Prioritization of requirements in pipeline with stakeholders
Performing requirement analysis and walkthroughs with the development team
Resolving configuration issues and suggesting workarounds
Conducting meetings and presentations to share updates and challenges
Documenting and communicating results effectively
Ensuring solutions meet business needs
Performing smoke testing when required
