Senior Analyst Programmer; Oracle FCCS

Position: Senior Analyst Programmer (Oracle FCCS)
Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
Knowledge of Oracle FCCS, ARCS, DRM SaaS applications
Hands-on configuration of Oracle products as per requirements
Awareness of financial regulations such as IFRS, US GAAP, India Taxes (GST/ICDS)
Worked on Essbase Calc Manager functions, rules, and formulas
Profile creation, integration, and data reconciliation in ARCS
Staying updated on Oracle Cloud EPM processes and releases
Identifying gaps in Oracle solutions with respect to business needs
Bug & User Issue Resolution
Coordinating with Oracle Support to resolve issues and implement enhancements
Conducting UAT and securing sign-offs
Supporting DRM processes for MDM
Knowledge of Oracle TRCS application (good to have)
Flexibility to work UK timings as required
Delivery
Prioritizing requirements in the pipeline with stakeholders
Performing requirements analysis and walkthroughs with the development team
Resolving configuration issues and suggesting workarounds
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, status updates, and challenges
Documenting and communicating results effectively
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Performing smoke testing when required
