About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive with approximately 3 years of experience to bridge the gap between our technical products and our customers' business needs. You will be the primary technical partner to the Sales team, responsible for crafting compelling solutions, managing proposals (RFPs), and delivering high-impact product demonstrations.
This role is ideal for a professional who understands the North Bangalore software ecosystem and wants to avoid the heavy traffic of the ORR/Whitefield belt by working in the New BEL Road / Hebbal hub .
Key Responsibilities Discovery & Needs Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to attend initial client meetings, understanding their technical requirements and business pain points.
Solution Design: Map client requirements to our software capabilities and architect valid solutions that solve specific customer challenges.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored product demos for prospective clients, highlighting features that directly address their "must-haves."
Bid Management (RFP/RFI): Lead the preparation of technical proposals, creating high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Proof of Concept (POC): Manage and execute POCs to prove the value of the software to prospective clients before the final sale.
Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor offerings and industry trends to effectively position our product against alternatives.
Sales Enablement: Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and technical whitepapers.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within the SaaS/Software industry.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to explain complex technical concepts (APIs, Integrations, Cloud Architecture) to non-technical stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to "storytell" rather than just list features.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Hub Spot) and presentation software (PowerPoint/Canva).
Education:
B.E./B.Tech or equivalent technical degree. An MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
