Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
Deep understanding of Oracle PPM, including integration with Time and Labour (OTL).
Experience with regional/local compliance and localization, especially in Asia.
Strong knowledge of testing tools, preferably JIRA.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a multi-country rollout environment.
Ability to work effectively with regional and global teams across time zones.
