Roles Responsibilities:
1) Repair troubleshooting Tamron DSLR Mirrorless lenses
2) Interaction with Tamron customers
3) Managing repair back log, customer complaints, spare parts inventory
4) Handling escalated issues related to service
5) Record all details of customers coming for repairs
6) Coordinate with other ASC staffs and guide them
7) Reporting the repair data on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Desired Skills Set:
1) Good repairing troubleshooting skills
2) Understand repair manuals, familiar with adjustment software
3) Good communication interpersonal skills
4) Good in reporting
5) Good knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, power point etc.
6) Photography knowledge will be added advantage
7) Time Punctuality
