Business Development Manager - Networking, Datacenter & Security Solutions

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in selling  Networking, Datacenter, and Security solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, the ability to manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities  Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts
Promote and sell Networking, Datacenter, and Cybersecurity solutions
Engage with customers to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and proposals
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
Required

Skills & Qualifications  3–5 years of proven sales experience in  Networking, Datacenter, or Security solutions
Strong understanding of solutions such as LAN/WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud
Experience working with OEMs such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE, Dell, VMware, etc. (preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Strong customer relationship management and account-handling skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
