Role Overview (Account Executive-Sales)

We are hiring a results-driven Account Executive to own end-to-end sales for our Managed IT Services and Infrastructure solutions. You will own customers, deals, revenue, and closures.

You will:

- Own the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
- Sell Managed IT Services (AMC & MSP), Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
- Convert qualified leads into long-term, recurring service contracts (MRR)
- Engage CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT Heads in consultative sales discussions
- Work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
- Drive negotiations, commercials, and deal closure

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver revenue targets for IT services and solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Present SLA-based proposals, commercials, and scope of work
- Coordinate solution design with pre-sales and technical teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities

You SHOULD apply if you have:

- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in IT services / managed services / system integration
- Proven experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of AMC, MSP, and recurring revenue models
- Experience selling to Indian SMB and mid-market customers
- Comfort owning targets, negotiations, and customer relationships
- Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore and meet customers
