We're a growing RF hardware startup building cutting-edge silicon and systems, and we're looking for a hands-on RF Lab Technician who loves working close to real hardware and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the lab.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling and reworking RF boards using packages like QFN, QFP, DFN, basic BGA, SOT , and SMT passives
Performing manual soldering and rework , with a strong focus on build quality
Identifying soldering defects and following best practices aligned with IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001
Supporting day-to-day RF lab and testing activities (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, etc.)
Working closely with RF and silicon design engineers during bring-up and debug
Learning new tools, processes, and techniques as we grow—no rigid role boundaries here
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience in RF PCB assembly and rework
Basic understanding of RF lab equipment and measurements
Strong attention to detail and pride in build quality
A curious, proactive mindset —you enjoy learning on the job and solving problems
Comfortable working in a startup environment where things move fast and roles evolve
Education:
Diploma/B.Tech
