Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Instructional Designer. The primary responsibilities include designing instructional content,  presenting information in the most effective format—through media, technology, or a blended approach. The Instructional Designer owns the learning and consumption experience, ensuring content is intuitive, engaging, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze how different audiences consume information and data.
Gather requirements through targeted questioning and stakeholder engagement.
Define the most effective format for content delivery:
Visual, interactive, video, or written
Technology-based solutions or blended media
Design learning flows, journeys, and content structures.
Convert complex data into intuitive, consumable experiences.
Collaborate with Technical Writers, designers, engineers, and facilitators.
Oversee creation of instructional assets and review for clarity and usability.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Skills & Experience
Engineering or technical background with 2-5 years of experience (preferred).
Strong analytical and user-centered thinking.
Experience designing instructional or learning content.
Ability to work across multiple formats and media.
Comfort working with ambiguity and varied audiences.
Familiarity with instructional design tools, media platforms, or tech solutions.
