Roles and Responsibilities:
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot computer hardware including laptops, desktops, and printers.
Manage and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems across multiple centers.
Operate and support display systems.
Handle desktop hardware and software asset management.
Configure and repair local area networks (LAN) and associated infrastructure.
Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
Configure antivirus software, Outlook, and other essential applications.
Install and configure network devices and services such as routers and switches.
Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Provide technical support to end-users for operating systems, hardware, and internal systems.
Travel to multiple centers in the assigned region to ensure smooth IT operations.
