What you'll do
As a Content & SEO intern, you'll drive our content marketing efforts using AI-assisted tools while optimizing for search. You'll be the voice behind our educational content, helping technical hiring managers understand how our platform can transform their recruitment process. Your work will directly impact our organic growth and market position.
Responsibilities
Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for our blog, website, and knowledge base using AI tools
Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic as a critical growth channel
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities
Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on data insights
Proactively identify opportunities for content improvement with high ownership and agency
Minimum Requirements
Strong writing skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Proficiency with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) and eagerness to explore new AI technologies
Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Excellent research skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
High level of creativity, curiosity, and self-motivation with demonstrated ownership mentality
Critical Skills
Content writing, editing, and SEO fundamentals
Advanced AI tool proficiency for content creation
Content performance analysis and optimization
High agency and ownership mentality
Ability to build and scale organic search as a growth channel
Location:
HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from office)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 15-20k/- per month
