We are seeking a skilled AWS Quick Sight Dashboard Expert and Business Analyst with experience in Amazon Q AI to drive intelligent analytics and insights for Revenue Cycle Management. Under direct supervision, the BA works with various business units to ensure deliverables meet business needs. This role combines technical dashboard expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare financial workflows, enabling smart, AI-driven decision-making and automation across billing, claims, payments, and denials management.
The BA has a keen eye for inefficiencies and seeks to improve and automate business processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Initiate, plan, and design business processes and make recommendations to improve and support business activities
Leverage Amazon Q AI to automate insight generation, perform root cause analysis, and support predictive modeling (e.g., denial likelihood, cash flow).
Leverage business process automation tools to develop and maintain business process automation
Utilizes business intelligence systems and data to expose and resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner
Build and maintain dashboards to enable decision making
Assist on special projects: report, analyze and make recommendations to the team
Conduct User Acceptance Testing sessions to ensure that the deliverables meet business needs
Analyze large quantities of data to ensure integrity of the systems
May participate in deployment projects with other IT teams
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education
College degree or equivalent in Computer or Business Informatics related field
Minimum Qualifications
1 – 3 years of related experience.
SKills/Knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent knowledge of computers, operating systems and terminology
Experience with AWS Quicksight or Amazon Q and AI/ML applications or other business intelligence reporting tools such as DOMO
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues
Ability to create, document, and follow processes and procedures
Ability to work as a member of an agile team
Written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer programming skills a plus (ex - SQL)
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform a plus
Work Environment/Physical Demands

Ability to use computer, phone, and other office equipment
