Drive Data Excellence at a Global Luxury Brand

The Master Data Governance Sr. Analyst Data Quality & Analytics plays a critical role in building and establishing Ralph Lauren's enterprise-wide data quality initiatives. This position is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data quality initiatives that support the company's global operations.

As part of the Master Data Governance Group, whose mission is to improve efficiency and lower business risks for Ralph Lauren business units through consistent, high-quality data, the Sr. Analyst Data Quality & Analytics will help operationalize the global data governance strategy. This strategy aims to deliver accurate, consistent, and well-managed data through standardized processes, technologies, and reporting.

The individual in this role will be both strategic and hands-on, focused on defining, implementing, and enforcing data quality frameworks across Customer, Non-Merch Vendor, and Finance master data domains. The position requires to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess data quality risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.

The position also requires technological skill sets, supporting, recommending, and implementing data solutions—including RPA automation—to enable the integration of technology and business processes in an efficient, streamlined, and automated manner, resulting in high-quality data.

Additionally, the Sr. Analyst Data Quality & Analytics will support and operate within multi-system environments, including legacy platforms and evolving ERP landscapes, ensuring data consistency and process continuity during system transitions.

Lead the development of our enterprise-wide data quality program
Drive automation and efficiency improvements across global operations
Shape data quality and governance strategy across Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains
Contribute to our SAP implementation initiatives

Core Requirements (Must Have)

6+ years of experience in data analytics and quality management
Strong expertise in at least two of the following:
SQL query development and data analysis
Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Qlik)
Python or other programming languages for data analysis

Experience with data quality frameworks and governance
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Technical Skills (Any Combination Of The Following)

Dashboard development and reporting
Process automation (RPA, Power Automate, or similar)
Power Apps or similar low-code development
ETL and data modelling
Data quality monitoring and metrics

Nice To Have

SAP master data management experience
Retail/fashion industry background
Project management experience
