Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Sales Adviser to drive technical engagements for Kognitwin, our digital twin solution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling business value. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct interaction with global customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Sales Leadership
Act as the primary technical authority for all customer-facing engagements including presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
Serve as the go-to expert for engineering, software, and technology-related queries from customers and internal teams.
Drive value articulation by converting technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes for customers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with the Product Organization to ensure alignment between product capabilities and evolving market needs.
Work closely with the Commercial Organization to support sales efforts with technical insights.
Coordinate with the Delivery Organization for solution estimates, deployment planning, and feasibility assessments.
Lead and manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, ensuring timely and accurate technical contributions across teams.
Customer Engagement s Evangelism
Support customer workshops, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that highlight Kognitwin's value proposition.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through digital transformation strategies using digital twin technologies.
Market Development s Thought Leadership
Represent the company at industry conferences, technical forums, and webinars to evangelize digital twin solutions.
Partner with branding and marketing teams to provide technical insights and messaging for campaigns.
Competitive Intelligence
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key players, differentiators, and market trends.
Provide strategic insights to product leadership based on competitive analysis and customer interactions.
Partner Ecosystem Enablement
Drive engagement with System Integrators (SIs) and Consulting Partners for joint go-to-market initiatives.
Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement to ensure effective positioning and delivery of Kognitwin solutions.
Serve as the technical liaison for partner collaborations and joint solution development.
Internal Evangelism s Product Feedback
Advocate for customer and market needs within product and engineering teams.
Consolidate and deliver structured feedback on product gaps, feature enhancements, and industry expectations.
Influence product roadmap through insights gathered from customer engagements and market trends.
Governance
Ensure strict adherence to internal processes for solution design, proposal development, and delivery alignment.
Key Skills s Competencies
MBA degree along with 10+ years of strong technical expertise in engineering software, digital twin technology, and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to bridge business and technology, articulating value in customer-centric terms.
In-depth understanding of Oil C Gas and Chemical industry workflows, operations, and digital transformation drivers.
Strategic thinking with strong market awareness and competitive intelligence capabilities.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination in complex enterprise environments.
