We are seeking a Specialist Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products, ensuring that it is clear, accurate, and meets the needs of our users.
Responsibilities Research and gather technical information from subject matter experts.
Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, product documentation, and online help systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
Ensure that all documentation meets quality standards and is updated regularly.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation suitable for various audiences.
Utilize documentation tools and software to create effective documentation.
Skills and Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Mad Cap Flare, Adobe Frame Maker, or Microsoft Word.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with content management systems and version control systems.
