About
The Role
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to own the end-to-end design experience across web and mobile products. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on design, user research, and team leadership. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UI/UX design efforts across multiple products and platforms
Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and design systems
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency
Review designs and provide constructive feedback
Ensure designs align with usability, accessibility, and brand standards
Required Skills
Strong expertise in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and usability
Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methods
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments
Good to Have
Experience designing SaaS or enterprise products
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
Experience working with design systems at scale
Education
Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or related field
