Principal Engineer Software - Cloud Architect

Location: Bengaluru

In your new role you will:
Cloud Solution Design and Implementation:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using  AWS  services, including:
EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Formation, EKS  , API Gateway, Cloud Watch, IAM, and other AWS services.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Manage AWS environments, including:
Setup, monitoring, and optimization of AWS resources.
Ensuring cloud infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.
Code Development and Maintenance:
Write and maintain robust, clean, and efficient code, including:
Strong programming skills in  Python, Java, Node.js.

Experience with Dev Ops tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and infrastructure, including:
Identifying and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborating with Dev Ops and engineering teams, IT operations, to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions.
Cloud Security and Compliance:
Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards, including:
Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and infrastructure management.
Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Cost Analysis and Budget Management:
Assist in cost analysis and budget management for AWS resources, including:
Analyzing costs and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
Collaborating with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify and implement scalable, secure architectural patterns.
Staying Current with AWS Services:
Stay current with new AWS services and features, and recommend improvements to existing architecture, including:
Researching and evaluating new AWS services and features.
Providing recommendations for improvements to existing architecture.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on AWS cloud services.
Proficient in  AWS  services such as  EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Formation, EKS, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, IAM  , etc.
Strong programming skills in  Python, Java, Node.js  .

Experience with  Dev Ops  tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of  cloud security practices  and infrastructure management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
