We are looking for a highly skilled Service Now Developer with strong hands-on experience in IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Service Now IRM solutions
- Configure and customize IRM modules including:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Operational Risk (OpRes)
- Risk Statements, Controls, Indicators, Issues, and Assessments
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- UI Policies, UI Actions
- Flow Designer workflows
- Customize workflows for risk assessments, control testing, and issue management
- Support IRM data models, risk registers, control libraries, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live enhancements
- Ensure best practices for performance, security (ACLs), and scalability
- Provide production support and ongoing improvements

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience
- Strong experience in Service Now IRM implementation projects
- Expertise in IRM configurations and customizations
- Strong JavaScript and Service Now scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog
- Solid understanding of Policy Management, Compliance, and Operational Risk (OpRes)
- Knowledge of ITIL and GRC frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
