Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support Service Engineer to provide end-to-end support for our treasury management systems, ensuring smooth technical operations, governance, and compliance in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Systems Support
Provide complete support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury systems.
Maintain static data integrity and troubleshoot Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF).
Resolve interface issues with bank statements, cashflows, and Cash Xplorer functionality.
Support treasury processes like In-House Banking, cash forecasting, and intercompany settlements.
Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets with timely solutions.
Document resolution steps and maintain a knowledge base.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring.
Technical Operations
Utilize Oracle/SQL Server expertise for database maintenance and performance.
Create and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction.
Work with Golden Gate and data pipeline technologies for system integrations.
Support integration between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules.
Governance & Compliance
Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments.
Conduct regression testing for quarterly updates.
Ensure SOX compliance and financial data accuracy.
Participate in change management to minimize operational disruptions.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years' hands-on experience with FIS Quantum and Echos systems.
Strong Oracle/SQL Server skills, including SQL query authoring.
Proficiency in static data maintenance, EWF troubleshooting, and Cash Xplorer configuration.
Knowledge of treasury processes (IHB, cash forecasting, intercompany settlements).
Familiarity with bank statement interfaces and data pipelines.
Understanding of SOX compliance for financial systems.
Experience with FIS support tools and ticketing systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Golden Gate technology.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
