Server Administrator Ninjaone

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee server deployment, configuration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Utilize Ninja One for monitoring server health, performing remote management, and automating routine tasks.
- Respond to and resolve server-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Implement backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Document all processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Server Administrator with proficiency in server management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Ninja One and its functionalities.
- Excellent understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.).

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Power Shell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
