Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Reporting Specialist professional for the GCoE Business Enablement vertical. As part of the GCoE Business Enablement team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will manage the collection, processing, and analysis of data to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

You will lead a team of analysts and ensure the seamless delivery of data-driven solutions to internal stakeholders.

Your role will involve driving data excellence and innovation. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the analytics team. You will interact with team members located in various regions across the globe. We are looking for someone who is very strong at MS Excel, possesses automation, good communication skills, and has keen attention to detail.

We will provide the necessary training to support your development in this role. Exposure to advanced analytics tools, data visualization techniques, and predictive modeling is a definite plus.

How You'll Make An Impact

Responsibilities :

Data Verification:
Review and verify data submissions from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to follow up on data submissions, clarify any issues, and ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
End-to-End Data Management:
Acquire and scrape structured/unstructured data using Python, SQL, and automation tools, ensuring compliance with data policies. Clean and transform datasets using Python (Pandas), SQL, and Excel for analysis readiness. Integrate data from enterprise platforms like Salesforce and EPIC to enable comprehensive reporting. Development and Maintain - VBA macros, worked on large data set.
Database Management:
Assist in the maintenance and updating of databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms.
Data Visualization & Reporting:
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decisions. Automate recurring reports with Python, VBA, and Macros to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Advanced Analytics & Insights:
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform business strategy. Build dynamic dashboards using Power BI with advanced DAX formulas and MS Excel. Apply statistical modeling and forecasting using Python and SQL to support data-driven decisions across business units.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort. Lead initiatives to improve data quality and governance
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in data analytics tools and methodologies.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and procedures to ensure consistency and transparency.
Tool Integration & Workflow Automation:
Integrate data from Salesforce, EPIC, and other enterprise systems. Build scalable solutions for data ingestion and transformation using Python and Excel automation.
