Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have*
* IBM Datacap Expertise :
Strong experience with IBM Datacap versions (e.g., 9.1.x, 8.1).
Scripting :
Proficiency in ,C#, or other scripting languages for rule and action development.
ECM Knowledge :
Good understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles and platforms, especially IBM File Net P8.
OCR/ICR :
Experience with data recognition engines to ensure accurate information extraction.
Workflow Design :
Ability to design and implement efficient document capture, classification, and validation workflows.
Datacap Tools :
Familiarity with core Datacap components and tools like Datacap Studio, Rulerunner, and Datacap Navigator.
Database Knowledge :
Exposure to database concepts and integration.
Good-to-Have
Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Team-oriented work
