The IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing IT services :
Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of the business.
Coordinating IT projects :
Plan and execute IT projects effectively by coordinating with IT departments.
Maintaining vendor relationships :
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms.
Monitoring IT systems :
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they are functioning optimally and address any issues promptly.
Developing service delivery strategies :
Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and plans.
Ensuring compliance :
Ensure that IT services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Providing technical support :
Provide technical support and guidance to staff and users.
Identifying improvement areas :
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Lead a team of highly productive in managing client
infrastructure in managed desktop services and managed
Data Centre services.
Involved in maintain process documentation and process
maps and bringing in changes as and when required that
are key to service delivery
