Job Title - IT Manager – Infrastructure, Operations & Client Solutions
Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore (Also need to be flexible for Center visits).
Work Mode:
Onsite | 6 Days Working
Interview Mode - Face to Face only (Apply if you are in Bangalore and can attend the face-to-face interview).
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure, operations, and client IT solutions across multiple coworking sites . This role is a blend of technical leadership, project execution, client support, and vendor management , ensuring high availability, security, and SLA-driven service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & Operations:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple coworking locations.
Oversee LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks , servers, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Manage CCTV systems, access control, biometric devices , and other facility IT systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of end-user computing (laptops, desktops, printers).
Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability across sites.
Troubleshoot incidents and ensure quick resolution within defined SLAs .
Manage backups, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity plans (BCP) .
Ensure IT security compliance , data protection, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices.
2. IT Projects & Implementations:
Lead IT projects including:
New coworking site IT setup and handover
Office expansions, relocations, and migrations
Network upgrades and system enhancements
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies .
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per business requirements .
3. IT Sales & Client Support:
Support the sales and business development teams with:
IT solution design and technical consulting for clients
Preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, and costing
Feasibility analysis for enterprise client requirements
Act as the technical SPOC for enterprise and key clients.
Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding of clients.
Ensure SLA-driven IT service delivery and high client satisfaction.
4. IT Procurement & Vendor Management:
Lead IT procurement for:
Hardware, networking equipment, software, and licenses
Manage vendor negotiations, pricing, contracts, and renewals.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management .
Drive cost optimization without compromising quality or performance.
5. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support and operations team.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure skill development.
Plan shifts and ensure on-site IT support across multiple locations .
Ensure adherence to processes, SLAs, and service quality standards.
6. Compliance, Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain IT documentation including SOPs, network diagrams, and asset registers .
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and industry best practices.
Prepare MIS reports on IT performance, incidents, costs, and uptime.
Support internal and external audits when required.
