Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong techno-functional expertise and excellent communication skills . The role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions effectively address business needs and drive user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and Salesforce technical teams.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations to understand business challenges.
Ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
2. Requirements Gathering & Translation
Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria .
Create non-technical documentation that enables smooth collaboration with delivery teams.
3. Solution Design & Salesforce Expertise
Leverage Salesforce declarative capabilities including:
Flows
Validation rules
Process automation
Work closely with developers on solutions involving:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Provide input on solution design , data models, and integrations.
4. Project & Delivery Support
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives—from ideation and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Participate in UAT planning and execution , ensuring business readiness.
Assist Product Owners and Project Managers with backlog prioritization and delivery tracking.
5. Communication, Training & Adoption
Communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner for executive and non-technical audiences.
Develop and deliver training materials, demos, and walkthroughs to drive user adoption.
Provide clear viewpoints and recommendations to leadership on Salesforce enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of experience as a Salesforce BSA / Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud exposure is a plus)
Working knowledge of:
Salesforce declarative tools
Flows, Apex, and LWC
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder)
Experience in large enterprise or IT services environments
Exposure to integrations and data migration projects
