Product Designer - UI/UX Specialist

Role Overview
As a Product Designer on our team, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, innovative, and visually appealing user interfaces that solve real problems. We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and analytical thinking to design challenges and can transform complex requirements into elegant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Advocate for user needs while balancing business requirements
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Document product requirements thoroughly in detailed PRDs
Must-Have Qualifications
B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field
2.5-3 years of professional experience in product design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Fig Jam,)
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers
Experience with usability testing and iterative design processes
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards
Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly designs

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with animation and micro-interactions
Knowledge of design thinking methodology
Understanding of product analytics and data-driven design
Experience in A/B testing and design experimentation
Familiarity with agile development processes
Experience with animation tools like Lottie for creating engaging interactive elements
Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
