Key Responsibilities
Gather and document legal business requirements.
Create process flows, workflows, BRD/FRD, and user stories.
Support legal tech areas: workflow, DMS, knowledge hub, policy & approvals, investigations, analytics.
Work with Legal, Tech, and global teams to design future processes.
Support solution evaluation, configuration, and testing (including AI tools).
Maintain documentation, traceability, and support UAT.
Assist with training and change management activities.
Required Skills
Experience as BA in Legal / Legal Ops / Compliance domain.
Knowledge of legal workflows and document management systems.
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
Exposure to legal tech, automation, or AI is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
