Job Description & How to Apply Below
About the Role
At More Retail, we're seeking a technical Associate Product Manager who can think like a product leader and build like an engineer. You'll own the complete product journey—from user research and strategy, through technical design and development, to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do

We need someone who can:
Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements
Build technical prototypes to validate ideas quickly
Write production-quality code alongside the engineering team
Make data-driven decisions about roadmap priorities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to scale
You'll wear multiple hats: product strategist, technical architect, hands-on developer, and user advocate. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a product leader while maintaining strong technical chops.
