We are looking for a highly skilled  Service Now Developer  with strong hands-on experience in  IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Service Now IRM solutions
Configure and customize IRM modules including:
Policy & Compliance Management
Operational Risk (OpRes)
Risk Statements, Controls, Indicators, Issues, and Assessments
Develop and maintain:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
UI Policies, UI Actions
Flow Designer workflows
Customize workflows for risk assessments, control testing, and issue management
Support IRM data models, risk registers, control libraries, and compliance frameworks
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Perform unit testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live enhancements
Ensure best practices for performance, security (ACLs), and scalability
Provide production support and ongoing improvements

Required

Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience
Strong experience in Service Now IRM implementation projects
Expertise in IRM configurations and customizations
Strong JavaScript and Service Now scripting skills
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog
Solid understanding of Policy Management, Compliance, and Operational Risk (OpRes)
Knowledge of ITIL and GRC frameworks
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
