IT Business Analyst - ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O)
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst - ERP to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environment, with a focus on Supply Chain and Finance modules. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, resolving user issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support for Dynamics 365 F&O
Resolve user-reported issues in Supply Chain and Finance modules
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Coordinate with developers on fixes and enhancements
Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
Maintain system and process documentation (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
Must Have
3+ years of experience in ERP system support as a Business Analyst or Super User
Exposure to Supply Chain and/or Finance business processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP experience
Azure Dev Ops exposure
ERP implementation or enhancement experience
