We are looking for a skilled DBT Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data models using DBT. The role focuses on transforming raw data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets that support business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics.
Locations: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain DBT models for transforming data in the warehouse
Implement data transformations, tests, documentation, and version control using DBT best practices
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
Optimize SQL queries and DBT models for performance and scalability
Build and maintain data marts, fact tables, and dimension tables
Implement data quality checks, tests, and monitoring
Manage DBT deployments using CI/CD pipelines
Maintain clear documentation using DBT docs
Support BI tools and downstream analytics use cases
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with DBT (Core or Cloud)
Proficient in SQL (advanced level)
Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, or Databricks
Understanding of data modelling concepts (star schema, dimensional modelling)
Experience with Git / version control
Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines
Knowledge of data quality, testing, and validation techniques
