Roles and Responsibilities:
Flexera FNMS operational experience 3+ years’ experience.
SQL DB knowledge and SQL.
General Windows & Linux OS knowledge.
Understanding of the different technologies used for technical inventories: SCCM, VCenter, SaaS solutions, Intune, Oracle.
Basic knowledge of business license management.
Knowledge FlexeraONE
Basic knowledge Power Bi.
Overall responsible for data quality from the different received inventories.
Responsible that all inventories keep running and follow up incidents.
Be the SPOC for the customer for any questions.
Be the main contact for vendor Flexera for technical issues/challenges/questions.
Responsible for development for enhancements and changes.
Test responsible for enhancements and changes.
Responsible that the different interfaces keep running.
Suggests improvement for operation that for example improves data quality and efficiency.
