Roles and Responsibilities:
- Flexera FNMS operational experience 3+ years’ experience.
- SQL DB knowledge and SQL.
- General Windows & Linux OS knowledge.
- Understanding of the different technologies used for technical inventories: SCCM, VCenter, SaaS solutions, Intune, Oracle.
- Basic knowledge of business license management.
- Knowledge FlexeraONE
- Basic knowledge Power Bi.
- Overall responsible for data quality from the different received inventories.
- Responsible that all inventories keep running and follow up incidents.
- Be the SPOC for the customer for any questions.
- Be the main contact for vendor Flexera for technical issues/challenges/questions.
- Responsible for development for enhancements and changes.
- Test responsible for enhancements and changes.
- Responsible that the different interfaces keep running.
- Suggests improvement for operation that for example improves data quality and efficiency.
