We are seeking a seasoned Agile PLM professional to play a pivotal role in optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and support of our Oracle Agile PLM (v9.3.x or newer) environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing) and technical solutions, ensuring the PLM system drives efficiency, data integrity, and seamless product development processes.

System Administration & Support:
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for Agile PLM (Product Collaboration, Product Quality Management, Product Portfolio Management, Product Governance & Compliance, etc.).
Perform day-to-day administration: user management, role/privilege configuration, workflow design/modification, and system monitoring.
Provide Tier-2/3 support, troubleshoot complex user issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
Configuration & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement Agile PLM solutions using SDK, Java, Groovy, or other supported scripting tools.
Customize workflows, user interfaces (PXM/Ax), objects, attributes, and reports to meet evolving business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP like SAP/Oracle, MES, CAD tools) using APIs, Web Services, and middleware.
Business Process Optimization:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, PMO, Sourcing, QA) to analyze, document, and re-engineer business processes.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for PLM solutions.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the ROI of the PLM platform.
Project & Implementation Leadership:
Lead or contribute to Agile PLM upgrade projects, module implementations (e.g., PQM, PG&C, PPM), and patch deployments.
Develop test plans, conduct system/integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.
Data Integrity & Governance:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within the PLM system.
Manage part/BoM (Bill of Materials), supplier, and document lifecycle processes.
Implement and enforce PLM data governance policies.
Required

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

5-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, administering, and supporting  Oracle Agile PLM .
Technical Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of Agile PLM core modules (PC, PQM, PPM, PG&C).
Strong skills in Agile SDK, Java customization, Groovy scripting, and Agile API/SOAP Web Services.
Solid experience with Agile PLM administration console, workflow development, and privilege management.
Practical experience with PLM-ERP integrations (especially with SAP or Oracle E-Business Suite).
Familiarity with databases (Oracle SQL) for querying, data extraction, and troubleshooting.

Functional Knowledge:
Deep understanding of product development processes, engineering change management (ECO/ECN), BoM management, and supplier management.
Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing) is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead small projects or work streams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

Experience with Agile PLM cloud migration or Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process (PLM for Process).
