Job Description - Product Analytics Manager

Responsibilities:
Map and measure critical shopper flows across the product experience
Work with product & engineering to ensure meaningful signals are captured across touchpoints
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, guiding priorities and quality of work
Ensure important user actions and system signals (events) are captured accurately and consistently
Analyze funnel behavior, drop-offs, performance patterns, and user intent
Partner with PMs to define metrics for new features and programs
Run structured experiments and interpret results with clarity
Build self-serve dashboards that help teams track product health and performance
Translate customer patterns into clear product opportunities
Stay close to how digital commerce platforms optimize discovery, conversion, and retention
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on analytics experience; preferably in e-commerce/ quick commerce companies
Hands-on with SQL and Python, and comfortable working with large data sets
Solid understanding of event instrumentation, funnels, user journeys and user cohorts
Exposure to digital consumer products, commerce journeys, or large-scale user flows
Ability to translate data into product thinking
Clarity in communication and ability to simplify complex insights
