About the role:
As Client Partner, you will work on offering solutions to clients related to the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to various clients. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with a team of consultants, data scientists and data engineers. You will lead the client relationships, manage revenue, work towards growth of the account, and articulate value delivered.
On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:
Manage client relationships across one or more clients.
Focus on offering more solutions and growing the client account, with a strong focus on revenue growth and management.
Lead client workshops to identify high-impact problems that could be solved through AI-based solutions
Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.
Work closely with the delivery teams to design the Data and Analytics solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in techno-functional consulting & senior stakeholder management capabilities.
Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management.
Articulate how analytic results improve clientsʼ business & financial metrics.
Contribute to organization building through sharing best practices and latest Industry trends.
Required Skills, Competencies &
Experience:
Strong understanding of the Data and Analytics space
Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered
Experience of business development, and pitching solutions to large clients.
Experience of growing client accounts and managing clients across various levels.
Knowledge of Data and DS / ML / AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint
In depth understanding of how analytics is used in decision making in one or more industries/ functional areas
Ability to translate high level business problems to roadmap and problem statement
Experience in scoping, development, validation & deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions
Industry experience / exposure to one or more of the following: BFS, Retail, CPG, Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain
Ability to aggressively pursue, prospect and develop new business opportunities from existing clients
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Contributes to the revenue management process, including development and review of pipeline and establishment of revenue plan to achieve/exceed revenue goals.
Entrepreneurial mind-set to be able to frame up and execute strategies to meet or beat the targets for Account Growth while being aligned to the company strategy and culture
World-class people management, team building and inspiration skills
18+ years of relevant experience
MBA from reputed institute preferred
