Service Now implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset
Well versed with Service Now scripting
Candidate must have 2 years of Service Now CMDB Asset Management experience
SAMPro Implementation experience
Exposure to licensing publisher packs
Detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage contract entitlement and data maintenance user management and enablement data integrity compliance analysis renewal milestone calendaring and innovative reporting solutions
Must have good communication skills
