Role:

● Work on large data sets of customer information to come up with actionable insights

● Manage and track progress of various structural initiatives by creating analytical reports and tracking
dashboards

● Create analytical insights to assist leadership in taking critical product and business decisions

● Liaison with various stakeholders to formulate understanding of respective function and take
ownership of delivery for the associated initiative

Skills:

● Working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)

● Good to have knowledge of advanced analytical tools - R, Python & Tableau

● Critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to clearly articulate data and ideas in verbal, written
and presentation formats.

Qualifications:

● B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
