Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have*
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling, data flows, integrations).
Solid understanding of ETL concepts and prior experience with Informatica or similar tools .
Experience integrating on-prem data sources with cloud data platforms.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience validating structural and semantic data consistency during migrations
Good-to-Have
Understanding of Success Factors / HR data models .
greenfield implementation and migration programs
Support reporting solutions, often in conjunction with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Analysis for Office
