Key Responsibilities
Lead functional consulting across diverse manufacturing value chains: as-is/to-be process mapping , requirements gathering, and alignment across business stakeholders.
Translate problems into cross-system requirements (ERP/CRM/WMS/PLM/ MES/BI/etc.) and integrations; define statuses, exception flows, master data, and business rules.
Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions and the broader value chain.
Translate business problems into data- and analytics-led solutions in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.
Lead stakeholder communication ; align teams on decisions, tradeoffs, and rollout plans.
Requirements
Masters Degree or MBA
5+ years of experience in functional consulting / digital transformation / solution leadership within the manufacturing domain.
Strong manufacturing process knowledge (planning, production, inventory, quality, service, costing, etc.).
Strong data capabilities: KPIs, data models, dashboards, and comfort working with data/technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to drive clarity and decisions.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a small company, startup, or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.
Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations (or similar).
