As a Sr UX researcher, you'll play a critical role in enhancing user experience through the strategic use of data and research insights. You will collaborate closely with the UX team and cross-functional partners, embedding a rigorous research perspective into strategic decisions that drive both user and business value.
We are looking for:
● 5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience
● Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods
● Experience writing reports and internal communications
● Excellent communication and analytical skills
● Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team
● Experience with agile process and delivery models
● A rigorous approach to documentation and organization
● Tools:
Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, Fig Jam, Dovetail, Maze
