About the Role
We’re looking for a  Webflow Developer  who can help us build  high-impact, narrative-driven, scrollytelling websites  for fast-growing, agentic companies; including YC-backed startups and teams preparing for major GTM moments.

This role is not about assembling templates or shipping generic marketing pages. You’ll be working on:
Scroll-driven storytelling websites
On-scroll video experiences
Rich interactions and motion-heavy layouts
Modern, non-conformative design systems
High-performance, production-ready builds

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and founders to translate bold creative intent into  precise, performant, responsive implementations .

This is a role for someone who cares deeply about  craft, detail, and execution quality , and who enjoys pushing Webflow (and the browser) beyond default patterns.

You rely heavily on pre-made Webflow templates or no-code shortcuts.
You’ve never built interaction-heavy or motion-driven websites.
You treat responsiveness, performance, or naming conventions as afterthoughts.
You don’t care about pixel-level accuracy or motion timing.
You struggle to collaborate with designers or translate visual intent into code.
You avoid experimentation or feel uncomfortable pushing technical boundaries.

Are we for you?
Apply if:
You enjoy building  scrollytelling, immersive, interaction-first websites .
You have strong hands-on experience with  Webflow CMS, components, and advanced interactions .
You understand and follow  semantic HTML, SEO/SEM naming conventions, and accessibility best practices .
You care about  responsiveness across breakpoints  and performance optimization.
You understand  CDN usage, asset optimization, and real-world deployment concerns .
You have a strong design eye and can spot when spacing, motion, or hierarchy feels off.
You want to work on websites that directly influence  fundraising, GTM, and brand perception .

Must need previous work with:
Lottie / Rive
GSAP
Anime.js
(Bonus)  p5.js or other creative-coding tools
