Responsibilities :
Reporting:
Develop and manage views for different business metrics: dashboards, and scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics for data gathering and ensuring data sanity for day-to-day reporting.
Growth:
Developing and executing BAU OPD growth plans - ie conversion improvement charters (across MOTs). Leading the bottom-up view on OPD growth planning.
Program management:
Program manage cross-functional business initiatives, including growth projects and performance improvement plans. Design tracking mechanisms, activity systems, and review cadences to ensure timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue escalation. Identify city-level or segment-level opportunities and support execution of targeted, data-backed initiatives.
Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights on business performance, user quality, funnels, and other mission-critical metrics.
P&L management:
Act as the SPOC for consolidating, reviewing, and analyzing partnership or initiative-level P&Ls in collaboration with Business Finance and Accounting teams. Support forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking against financial plans.
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives:
Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and process improvement initiatives by working closely with multiple internal stakeholders. Identify inefficiencies, ideate solutions, and implement scalable analytics-driven improvements.

Desired Skills :
Education : BTech / BE preferred.
4+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Analytics, or related roles.
Strong experience in business analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making through structured analysis.
Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, Power

BI with the capability to independently extract and analyze large data sets.
Understanding of financial metrics, P&L management, forecasting, and cross-functional business partnering.
Ability to effectively manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, align priorities, and drive execution through clear communication and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving ability with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
