10-15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Joining Time Required - Immediate - Max 30 Days only.
At least 4+ years of Recent hands-on experience in the Banking or BFSI domain (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of core banking concepts, products, and processes
Experience working on data, analytics, insights, or BI projects
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, data, IT)
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI
Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting concepts
Good to have :
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance reporting (AML, KYC, Risk, etc.)
